BestMartz Warranty Policy & Terms and Conditions

We provide 100% original brand products. If a product is proven to be counterfeit, we’ll replace it instantly. If replacement isn’t possible, we’ll refund your money immediately. Self-inflicted issues are not covered under warranty or replacement. All products are quality-checked with only a 0.1% chance of manufacturing defects.

Warranty Activation

  • All warranties must be activated at the time of purchase.
  • Customers must retain the original box for any claims.

Brand Warranty

  • Notify us within the warranty period. We’ll communicate with the brand/seller within 10–15 working days.
  • Brand warranty is valid only as long as the authorized distributor provides services.
  • If the distributor discontinues service, no warranty claims will be accepted.

Replacement Warranty

  • Applicable only for manufacturing defects, one-time replacement during the warranty period.
  • Products must be returned in original condition without scratches or dents.
  • Replacement or repair takes a minimum of 3–4 weeks. Customers must agree to this timeframe before ordering.
  • If a product is not fixable, it will be replaced with a new one.

3-Day Warranty

  • Applicable for manufacturing defects reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • One-time replacement during the warranty period, starting from the delivery date.

Warranty Notes

  • Warranty information is typically listed in the product description tab.
  • If no warranty is specified on the product page, it falls under the basic return/refund policy.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers bear shipping costs for returning and reshipping items after repair or replacement.
  • Delivery costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund amount.

Warranty Not Valid For

  • One-time replacement limit exceeded during the warranty period.
  • Missing invoice or damaged warranty label.
  • Damages due to customer misuse.
  • Electrical burns or physical damage to the product or its wires.
  • Damage from water, fire, or force (e.g., dropping the product).
  • Improper use, maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Any abnormal situations causing damage.

How to Submit a Request

  • Provide ORDER ID, EMAIL, or PHONE NUMBER to process your request.
  • Submit via email or direct call. An unboxing video of the intact item in BestMartz packaging is often required.
  • Return/refund requests take 7–10 working days, potentially longer in some cases.
  • Incomplete information or inappropriate behavior will result in request cancellation.
  • Customers must cooperate during the process.
